Balance Studio is a movement based training space where strength, control, and artistry come together. We offer aerial hoop, aerial dance, yoga, Pilates, flexibility, and conditioning classes designed with clear structure and progression.

Our approach blends technique, mobility, and mindful movement to help students build a strong and capable body. Whether you are training in the air or on the mat, every session is intentional, focused, and supportive.

Aerial Hoop Parties

90 minute private aerial hoop class for 6-12 guests. learn fun moves, take photos, and celebrate with simple decorations included. You are welcome to bring additional decorations and refreshments to personalize your event ($300 base + extras).
