Aerial Hoop (also known as Lyra) is an exhilarating circus-inspired fitness class that builds strength, flexibility, and grace using a suspended steel hoop. This class introduces students to beginner-friendly poses, transitions, and sequences while developing confidence in the air. Whether you’re completely new to aerial arts or looking to refine your skills, Aerial Hoop is a fun and rewarding way to challenge your body in new ways.
